IMP Knife

The IMP is a compact folding knife born from the collaboration between Audacious Concept and D Rocket Design, uniting Darriel Caston’s signature futuristic style with AuCon’s mechanical innovation. Despite its small size, this knife showcases engineering sophistication through its unique magnetic opening system and premium materials - including a MagnaCut modified tanto blade. Its distinctive silhouette, reminiscent of a modern car key, makes it both an exceptional EDC knife and a collectible piece of design.

• Collaborative Design: A creation by Audacious Concept and D Rocket Design, combining innovative mechanics with unmistakable design identity.
• Magnetic Rotation Mechanism: To open the knife, the two handle scales are rotated 360° around the pivot, overcoming magnetic resistance. Closing is achieved by rotating in the opposite direction.
• Magnetic Locking: Five pairs of internal magnets hold the knife securely in both open and closed positions. The central magnets are larger, providing a distinct tactile “click” at full lockup.
• Smooth Ceramic Bearing Pivot: The rotation is supported by three ceramic ball bearings, ensuring fluid, precise motion with every deployment.
• Watch-Grade Glow Insert: The pivot screw features a luminous inlay made from premium watch-grade glow material, offering long-lasting visibility in low light without power or charging.
• Removable Titanium Clip: Comes with a titanium pocket clip and a matching filler plug for a clean, clipless option.
